Every plan includes keeping your website’s software up to date. The exact tasks depend on the platform your site runs on and are confirmed in your proposal.
Backups
Every plan includes backups of your website. How often they run and how long they’re kept is set out in your proposal.
Uptime monitoring
Every plan includes uptime monitoring, which checks that your website is online and responding.
Content changes
Care includes small content changes, and Care+ includes more monthly changes. The exact allowance is confirmed in your proposal.
Support
Email support on Care, and priority support on Care+ and Grow. Support channels and response expectations are confirmed in your proposal.
Reviews and improvements
Care+ adds performance monitoring and a quarterly review. Grow adds ongoing improvements, SEO and content support, conversion optimization, and monthly reporting.

You don’t need a VERAK-built website to get a care plan. Many sites were built by a freelancer, an agency, or an earlier team member who has since moved on. We can often take them over.
We review the site first, including its platform, hosting, and setup, and confirm whether it’s a good fit before any plan begins. Not every website will be suitable. If yours isn’t, we’ll tell you why, and whether a redesign would make more sense.

What is the difference between website maintenance and website management?
Maintenance is the routine care that keeps a site current, such as updates, backups, and uptime monitoring. Management adds the ongoing work around it, such as content changes, reviews, and improvements. Our care plans combine both, at three levels.
Does a care plan include SEO?
SEO and content support is part of the Grow plan, along with ongoing improvements and monthly reporting. Every website we build starts with an SEO foundation. We don’t guarantee rankings or traffic.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can change or cancel a care plan as your needs evolve, in line with the terms of your plan.
